what would Jesus do seeing
a thousand-headed serpent
too small to fit in a castle she wants
though each of her heads is the highest of high
each deceiving the others with much sugar and flavor
and more and more cleverly seductive lies
while getting busy getting high
on mutual adoration slime
until they lie with every breath they take
then the Arch-Salesman sells them diadems
for the currency of pride
a thousand-headed serpent is bound
to pretend she enjoys her ride
while her body is half-submerged in a lake of fire
her thousand-headed fake smile can never tire
